International students' pre-start

With 82 partner universities, 32 double degree agreements and a 28% international student body, ENSTA Paris welcomed some of its first-time students from partner institutions around the world on Tuesday August 22.

With an increase of more than 25% in the number of international students compared to last year, this new academic year confirms ENSTA Paris' worldwide appeal: academic excellence, ranking in the top 10 of French engineering schools and the richness of student life are among the elements most often cited by international students to motivate their choice.

ENSTA Paris has also been awarded the "Welcome to France" label, with a maximum rating of 3 stars. This label attests to the quality of the welcome arrangements for international students who decide to join ENSTA Paris.

The August 22 pre-start was preceded by an intensive French-foreign-language course, during which participants attended lectures on scientific subjects designed to familiarize them with the vocabulary specific to these disciplines.

They also had the rare privilege of previewing the Olympic Village that will host delegations at the Paris 2024 Games.
