The international aspect of ENSTA Paris

The Engineer: a profession without borders

The engineering profession covers a large number of work opportunities abroad. It is therefore essential to prepare students for it, whatever the sector of activity or the positions they wish to engage in.

The essential international dimension

ENSTA Paris gives a very important role to the international dimension in its training course. For the students of ENSTA Paris, this is materialised through:

  • the study of two foreign languages including English, with the possibility of starting a third language (French (for international students), German, Arabic, Chinese, Japonese, Italian, Spanish, Russian)
  • the obligation to complete part of one’s education abroad, whether in the form of a stay at a foreign university or an internship.

Reciprocally, by training high-level foreign students in the French approach to the engineering profession, ENSTA Paris contributes to the development of the economic and technological collaborations of tomorrow.

A proactive and ambitious policy

Since a few years now, ENSTA Paris has been engaging in a proactive and ambitious international policy. A member of many exchange networks, it has developed numerous partnerships and has prioritised the recruitment of high-level foreign students.
