Our new school on the Paris-Saclay Campus

ENSTA Paris is located in Paris since its creation in 1970. In 2012, our school of engineering is moving on the Paris-Saclay Campus, located on the Saclay plateau. Only 15 km from Paris, the school is easy to reach by car or public transportation. The new campus provides teaching facilities, student accommodations, catering and hotel services and a range of outstanding sporting facilities for the people who live, work and study there.

Paris-Saclay Campus : a brand new campus

In 2008, 23 higher education establishments and research organizations (universities, research institutes, engineering and business schools, competitive business clusters) decided to join forces to create the Paris-Saclay Campus. The objective is to make the Paris-Saclay Campus one of the best university campuses in the world. A campus known for the excellence and volume of knowledge produced, as well as the quality and originality of the education being taught.

This involved the redevelopment of university premises and the integration of several higher education establishments, among the best in France, including ENSTA Paris. It also involved the development of infrastructure for campus life (restaurants, housing, sports facilities, services etc.).

The Paris-Saclay Campus accommodates a large number of scientific establishments and institutions: public research organisations (CNRS, INRA, ONERA, INSERM, CEA...), private research centres (Air Liquide, Danone, Thales R&T...) and higher education establishments (École Polytechnique, Université Paris Sud, Institut d'Optique Graduate School, HEC, Supelec...).

In the coming years, several higher education establishments and institutions will join the Paris-Saclay Campus. These include the ENS Cachan, ENSAE Paris, AgroParisTech, Institut Mines-Télécom, École Centrale Paris.

ENSTA Paris students a wide variety of choices to ensure a comfortable living experience. We offer single or double student rooms on campus as well as at the Cité internationale universitaire in Paris.
